Terms of service.
The plain-language terms for using Team Inferno. If anything's unclear, just reach out and we'll explain it.
The basics
These terms cover your use of teaminferno.gg, our shop, memberships, rewards, events, and the Team Inferno community spaces. By using any of them, you agree to what's here.
Team Inferno is a gaming community and esports organization. You need to be at least 13 to make an account, and if you're under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's okay before buying anything or joining a paid event.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and use accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
If an account is used to break these terms, cheat, or harm the community, we may suspend or close it. Let us know right away if you think someone else got access to yours.
Memberships and billing
Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and your perks run until the end of the current period.
Membership perks and ember multipliers can change as the program grows. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for merch returns.
Embers and rewards
Embers are a community loyalty currency. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or transferred, and exist only inside Team Inferno.
Rewards are subject to availability and can change over time. We may adjust ember balances or reverse redemptions to fix errors or address abuse. Redeemed and digital rewards are not refundable.
Shop and orders
Merch is sold through our online store and fulfilled by our partners. Prices and availability can change. Returns, exchanges, and damaged items are covered by our Refund Policy.
Events, scrims, and tournaments
Schedules, formats, and prizing can change, and events may be rescheduled or cancelled. Taking part means following the event rules and our Code of Conduct.
Cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior can get you disqualified or removed, at the admins' discretion.
Acceptable use and content
Don't use Team Inferno to break the law, cheat, harass others, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs. Our Code of Conduct has the full picture.
The Team Inferno name, logo, and brand are ours. Anything you post in our spaces stays yours, but you give us permission to display it as part of running the community.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as things evolve. Continuing to use Team Inferno after an update means you accept the new version.
