Membership multiplier.
Subscribers earn a percentage bonus on every ember they pick up. The higher your tier, the bigger the multiplier.
Events & tournaments.
Showing up and competing will earn embers once event and tournament tracking goes live.

The reward shop.
Spend available embers on rewards across the ranks. Some rewards require a status rank to unlock. Redemptions are fulfilled by the team, usually within 48 hours.

- How are embers earned on purchases?
- You earn 25 embers for every $1 of item subtotal, which is the price of the items before shipping and tax. Check out with the same email as your Inferno account and they land automatically.
- How do I redeem a reward?
- Open the reward shop and spend your available embers. A redemption starts as Pending, and the team marks it Fulfilled once it's delivered. You'll see the status update on your rewards page.
- Do membership multipliers stack?
- No. If you hold both a Casual and a Competitive subscription, the higher multiplier applies, they don't add together. Pick the lane that matches how you play.
- Does my status ever go down?
- Never. Status is based on lifetime embers, so it only ever climbs, even when you spend.
- Lifetime vs available vs seasonal embers?
- Lifetime sets your status rank and never drops. Available is what you can spend right now. Seasonal is what you've earned this season and drives the leaderboard; it resets each season.
